INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 c. Nutella
- 4 c. water
- 1/4 c. baking soda powder
- 1 (16.3-oz.) Can contain cold biscuit mixture
- 1 large egg, beat
- 4 tbsp. melted butter
- 1/2 c. cinnamon sugar
DIRECTION
- Preheat the oven to 400 °. Row two large baking sheets with baking paper. Spoon 32 teaspoons of Nutella on a prepared baking sheet. Freeze 30 minutes.
- In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, mix water and baking soda and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to become a stable simmer.
- Quarter each biscuit and flatten a little dough. Place frozen Nutella discs on top of each part of the mixture, wrap the mixture around Nutella to cover completely. Pinch the edges to close.
- Work in batches, add the ball to boiling water and cook for about 30 seconds. Remove with a slotted spoon and transfer to a prepared baking pan. Brush the beaten eggs over each pretzel.
- Bake until golden, 10 to 12 minutes. Allow to cool slightly.
- Stir the toasted pretzels in melted butter then stir the cinnamon sugar ....
