- 160 gr. from sugar
- 125 ml of cream milk
- 125 ml of glucose
For the top layer:
- 200 gr. chocolate milk
- 7 chocolate bars
INSTRUCTIONS
- Smear 20 cm x 20 cm square cake mold.
- For brownies: place sugar in a bowl and add eggs. Beat until evenly mixed, then add melted butter and stir until smooth.
- Add flour and cocoa powder then add melted chocolate.
- Bake at 180 ° for 20 minutes or until cooked. Let it cool
- For caramel: place all the ingredients for caramel in a pot and stir until the sugar has dissolved. After the sugar has dissolved, stop mixing, but continue heating until the mixture reaches 115ยบ.
- Place the pan on ice water and stir until the caramel cools slightly and thickens.
