Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup PB powder
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips, optional

Instructions

  • Place the eggs, bananas, oats, protein powder, and PB powder in a blender. Pulse until mixed together.
  • Stir in the chocolate chips gently.
  • Drop 1/4 cup batter on a hot, greased skillet. Cook 1-2 minutes per side.
  • Serve with extra banana slices, honey, and extra chips, if desired. Makes 8-10 pancakes.

Notes
*Leave out the chocolate chips if you want to make these even healthier.
