How To Make CHOCOLATE CHIP PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES Food and Dessert Ideas


INGREDIENTS

  • ¾ cup butter, softened
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter (I prefer creamy)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tbsp milk
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (I like semi-sweet)



INSTRUCTIONS



  • Preheat the oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a medium sized bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt and set aside. In a hand or stand mixer, combine the butter, peanut butter, sugars, eggs, milk and vanilla together and mix until smooth. Add the dry ingredients a little at a time until combined well with the wet ingredients. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Using a cookie scooper (or ice cream scooper if you want larger cookies), scoop dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Flatten the cookies using a fork, just slightly, do not flatten all the way or else they will come out super flat. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown on the edges. Remove the cookies and let cool on a cooling rack for 10 minutes before serving.
