A healthy breakfast that only takes a few minutes to put together and tastes like ice cream is this Peanut & Banana Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
- 1 frozen banana *
- ½ cup of milk (whatever you want)
- ½ cup of yogurt (you can leave this if desired or exchange it for the same amount of frozen cauliflower)
- 3 tablespoons of peanut butter (can also be replaced with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter powder)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix all ingredients in a blender and puree until smoothie. If necessary, add a little more liquid (even water is okay) to make the blender a little more.
