Material
- 15 whole Oreos
- 2/3 cup thick cream
- 3/4 cup refined sugar, divided
- An 8 ounce cream cheese package, soft
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 2 tablespoons of pure milk
Directions
- Place the Oreo cookie in a food processor and pulse several times until crumbs form. Transfer to a bowl.
- In a large bowl, shake the thick cream with an electric mixer until it starts to thicken; slowly add 1/4 cup of powdered sugar. Keep stirring until the peak is thick and stiff. (Don't overheat or it will become thick and lumpy.) Pour into a bowl; set aside.
- In the same bowl (no need to rinse), beat the cream cheese until smooth. Continue mixing and adding the remaining 1/2 cup of powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk. Beat until evenly mixed.
- With a spatula, gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, until evenly mixed.
- Replace the cheesecake mousse with cake crumbs in a small tumbler glass. Continue layering depending on the size of your glasses.
- Rejoice because there is no cooking involved. Serve and enjoy!
