- 3 bananas (nanica or chessra)
- 2 eggs
- 30 ml of vegetable oil or liquid ghee butter
- ½ cup (oatmeal) oatmeal (50g)
- ¼ cup instant oatmeal (40g)
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- 1 teaspoon of ginger powder
- ½ teaspoon of nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon of cookies
How to make
- First, knead the banana into pure. Then add eggs and vegetable oil / ghee, stir until smooth. Add oatmeal, instant oatmeal, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg, stir well. Finally put yeast for cake. Place it in the form of cupcake / muffim, place a little toasted on it to decorate. Bring to bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, being careful not to bake too much. Serve with almond butter on top and sliced bananas. You can also freeze this recipe and sneak in the fridge or microwave before eating.
